Which Shopify service do I need?

It depends on where your store is now. New brands usually need web design and development, brands on another platform need a migration, and live stores that want more revenue get the most from CRO and speed work. Not sure? Book a call and we will recommend a starting point.

Can you combine several services in one project?

Yes, and most projects do. A migration often comes with a redesign, and a new build usually includes speed and conversion work. One team handles everything, so there are no hand-offs between agencies.

Do you work with Shopify Plus?

Yes. We build and support Shopify Plus stores, including checkout extensions, Shopify Functions, B2B, Markets and multi-store setups.

What is the difference between a project and a retainer?

A project has a fixed scope, price and deadline, for example a new store or a migration. A retainer is a monthly plan with a set number of hours that you can spend on any task, from new pages and CRO tests to bug fixes. Many clients start with a project and continue on a retainer.

Do you work on existing stores?

Yes. A large part of our work is improving live stores, from single new sections and app integrations to full redesigns, without rebuilding what already works.

Who will work on my store?

A small senior team of designers and Shopify developers, led by one project manager who is your main contact. The same people stay with your store over time.
