When do I need a custom Shopify app?

What's the difference between a private and a public app?

A private (custom) app is built for your store alone and isn't listed publicly – most of our work. A public app is distributed through the Shopify App Store for many merchants. We build both, and help you decide which model fits your goal.

Can you integrate Shopify with our ERP or CRM?

Yes. We integrate Shopify with ERPs (SAP, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics and others), CRMs, PIMs, fulfilment systems, accounting tools and custom internal software – syncing products, inventory, orders and customers so everything stays in step.

Can you connect Shopify to a third-party API?

Almost always. If a service has an API, we can connect Shopify to it – and if it doesn't, we can often find another way. Custom integrations are a core part of what we do.
