By accessing or using any part of our website or services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you may not access the website or use the services. These Terms apply to all users, including but not limited to visitors, vendors, customers, merchants, and contributors of content.

We may update, change, or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates on our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates. Your continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Using Teplin Agency Services

Our Services include:

Shopify design and development retainers
CRO audits and performance optimization
Shopify Plus support and consulting
Headless Shopify and Hydrogen builds
Shopify migrations (from WooCommerce, Magento, etc.)
Custom Shopify apps and third-party integrations

You may request services under a monthly retainer plan or through custom project agreements. Upon purchasing an audit or development package, you will receive deliverables as outlined in your agreement with us.

If you are not satisfied with a Shopify CRO audit report, you may request a refund under our refund policy. For installations of custom apps or modules, we may require access to your Shopify store to complete the work.

Payment & Refunds

Our retainer plans and project services are billed upfront on a monthly basis. Payment is due at the beginning of each billing cycle.

You may cancel your retainer plan at any time. However, payments already made for the current billing cycle are non-refundable, and service will continue until the end of the paid period.

Refunds are only available in the case of specific services explicitly marked as refundable, such as Shopify CRO audits (if no value is found in the delivered report). No refunds will be issued for partially used retainer hours or ongoing monthly subscriptions.

Intellectual Property

Using our Services does not grant you ownership of any intellectual property rights in our deliverables or content. You may not use our content, branding, or logos without written permission.

Misuse of Services

You may not misuse our Services. This includes attempting to interfere with or gain unauthorized access to systems. Services must be used only as permitted by law and these Terms. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Services in cases of misuse.

General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any part of the Services without written permission.

Third-Party Services

We may provide integrations or tools from third parties. We provide these “as is” without warranties, and we are not liable for your use of such tools. Any new features or services introduced in the future will also be subject to these Terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Teplin Agency and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill, arising from your use or inability to use the Services.

Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes related to them shall be governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
